Religious Affairs Luncheon

  • 17 Jul 2015
  • 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM
  • NAACP Stockton Branch, 401 N. San Joaquin Street, Stockton CA

The purpose of the luncheon is to request and encourage members of the clergy to become partners in the efforts of the NAACP Stockton Branch. We will discuss ideas, concerns and strategies to address systemic issues that are plaguing our youth and community. As members of the Faith Community your thoughts, recommendations and participation is necessary for changes to happen in our community. The Stockton Branch NAACP needs and encourages clergy to help overcome the growing onslaught of violence that is affecting the future of our community.

For more than 83 years, the NAACP Stockton Branch continues to advocate for the civil rights of African Americans in Stockton. We look forward to seeing you at the luncheon as a part of the effective leadership in our community to help continue this exciting legacy.
